WELCOME

This website is intended for cardiac surgeons in training.
It describes the different techniques used in coronary anastomosis.

The association of the harvested skeletonized mammary arteries with the Y technique allows, by means of the anastomosis techniques described here,
complete total arterial surgical revascularization using only the two internal mammary arteries.

Before looking at the anastomosis techniques themselves, we describe the skeletonized mammary artery harvesting, the Y anastomosis technique, and the different exposure techniques.

We end this training with the combination of these anastomoses, plus the type of anastomosis to be favoured in function of the number of anastomose to be performed, the length of the mammary arteries, and the topography of the vessels to be bypassed.

Good work.
